2. If the output shows "STATUS NO change", you can send a reply to all three targets:
Message: "⚠️ DynDNS Error: [error output]"
This will suppress delivery and only let the DM know about the potential error.
3. If the output shows successful updates ("->" or "OK:"), you can send an update message to all three targets:
Message: "🔄 DynDNS Updated: [relevant output lines]"
This will notify all three recipients of the update.
**Important:** Do not send routine "no change" notices. This is a flag for a special alert in the system that only triggers if there's an error.
Also, make sure your user account has sufficient permissions to run this cron job and access the relevant hermes instance.
