This version checks the exit status and sets run_status to 'ERROR' whenever it happens, or if there is no output. It then enters a special case where if it encounters an error (indicated by 'ERROR'), it outputs a friendly "Error message here." followed by a newline character and sets run_status` to 'INFO', effectively printing the error without raising any specific status.
Now you can use it with any command that needs to be split into two separate commands: one for success and another for failure. I also added an example of writing no change responses as requested.
