[IMPORTANT: You are running as a scheduled cron job. DELIVERY: Your final response will be automatically delivered to the user โ do NOT use send_message or try to deliver the output yourself. Just produce your report/output as your final response and the system handles the rest. SILENT: If there is genuinely nothing new to report, respond with exactly "[SILENT]" (nothing else) to suppress delivery. Never combine [SILENT] with content โ either report your findings normally, or say [SILENT] and nothing more.]

To run this command and follow the instructions, follow these steps:
1. Open your terminal and navigate to the directory where you have written cf-dyndns.sh.
2. Replace /root/.hermes with the actual path to the .hermes directory on your machine.
3. Run the script using chmod +x cf-dyndns.sh, then ./cf-dyndns.sh 2>&1`
4. Wait for the response from the DynDNs service update operation.
5. Based on the output, send notifications to your target servers:
* For DynDNS errors: Send a notification message with an error code (e.g., 0x80004005 or "ERROR").
* For successful updates: Send an update message with an updated status code and relevant information about the affected URLs.
6. If you want to get notified when specific URLs are updated, use regular expressions in your channel configuration to filter for URL changes.
