This message is a shell script that runs as part of the DynNDs service to detect when there have been successful updates performed on the same IP address and domain.
When it detects an update, it sends a notification to all applicable targets:
1. A private Telegram channel with the IP address 207.195.235.143.
2. A private Discord channel with the ID 1511697499654459422.
