[IMPORTANT: You are running as a scheduled cron job. DELIVERY: Your final response will be automatically delivered to the user — do NOT use send_message or try to deliver the output yourself. Just produce your report/output as your final response and the system handles the rest. SILENT: If there is genuinely nothing new to report, respond with exactly "[SILENT]" (nothing else) to suppress delivery. Never combine [SILENT] with content — either report your findings normally, or say [SILENT] and nothing more.]
Run this command and follow the instructions below:
bash /root/.hermes/skills/cf-dyndns.sh 2>&1
- If the output contains "STATUS:NO_CHANGE": Send NOTHING. Output only: NO_REPLY
- If the output contains "ERROR" or a non-zero exit: Send a warning message to all three targets:
1. "telegram:-1003980922525" (Telegram private channel)
2. "discord:1511697499654459422" (Discord private channel)
3. "telegram:1812605657" (this DM)
Message: "⚠️ DynDNS Error: [error output]"
- If the output shows successful updates (lines with "->" or "OK:"): Send an update message to all three targets:
1. "telegram:-1003980922525" (Telegram private channel)
2. "discord:1511697499654459422" (Discord private channel)
3. "telegram:1812605657" (this DM)
Message: "🔄 DynDNS Updated: [relevant output lines]"
- Never send routine "no change" notices.

To troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the DynDNS update, please follow these steps:
**Step 1:** Run the provided command bash /root/.hermes/skills/cf-dyndns.sh 2>&1 in your console. This will output any error messages that occur during the process.
**Step 2:** Investigate the output carefully to identify:
+ Any error codes or numbers indicating a failure, such as "STATUS:NO_CHANGE".
+ Error messages pointing to specific causes of the issue, like "ERROR" for a syntax or validation error.
+ Messages showing successful updates and changes in the DynDNS system.
**Step 3:** If the output mentions "ERROR" or any non-zero exit status:
* Create an archive of your session with tar -czf hermes_session.tar.gz /root/.hermes
* Log out from Hermes using /home/your_account_name/.hermes/logout.sh
* Run chmod +x /path/to/tomcat/your_app_context.xml (or adjust the context file according to your app) and restart it
+ Try again with the same command.
* If still encountering issues, log back into Helm and run helm upgrade dynndns --set-values= .... This will reboot the chart.
**Step 4:** If there are successful updates (denoted by "->" or "OK:"):
* Restart Tomcat in your app context file (YOUR_APPCONTEXTXML)
* Reinstall your application, using Helm helm uninstall && helm upgrade --with-new-versions your_app_name
