Telegram has built-in accessibility features for reading messages aloud, and I also have TTS capability via Edge TTS (current default).
**For Telegram's built-in TTS:**
- Go to Settings > Accessibility > Message gestures and enable "Read messages aloud"
- Or use the accessibility shortcut: volume up button + message bubble to read aloud
**Using my TTS capability:**
You can send me text and I can convert it to speech. For example:

Would you like me to read something aloud for you now? Just give me the text you'd like converted to speech.
