| **$116.62** past due | **ASAP** (you have an unpaid balance) |
| **$116.10** regular charges | by **Jul 20, 2026** |
| **$232.72 TOTAL DUE** | |
That past-due + a **$10 late fee** on this bill means your prior payment (due Jun 20) was missed. Worth paying the $116.62 now to stop further late fees.
## 📋 Where the money goes
- **Plans — $90.00**: Voice line (708) 955-6914 Go5G Next $85 + Wearable (224) 248-2397 $5
- **Equipment — $0.00**
- **Services — $16.10**: Protection 360 (Tier 5) $19 − subscription credits −$2.90
- **One-time — $10.00**: Late payment fee
**Credits/adjustments:** −$20.00 network outage credit (good).
## 🔁 Plan change this cycle
You switched your watch plan mid-cycle — got a **−$15 refund** on the old Watch Plan and were charged for the new "Watch (paired) 200MB" ($10 last cycle + $10 this cycle).
- **Next month** your plan charges go to **$95.00**.
## 🎁 Perks & savings
- (708) 955-6914 got **Perks Promo 2 = $15.00**
- Hulu (with ads) ON US — $0.00
- Netflix Standard (with ads) ON US — $0.00
- **Total you saved: $35.98** (service $15 + subscription $20.98)
- Apple TV was removed (the −$2.90 credit)
## 📊 Usage (May 28 – Jun 27)
- **30.74 GB** data (30.71 on the phone, 0.03 on watch)
- **1,227 min** talk / **278** messages
## 💡 One tip
The bill pushes **AutoPay** — save **$5/line (up to $40/mo)**. If you're not on it already, that alone would cover most of the late-fee pain going forward.

(224) 248-2397
$5.00
Assistant
Here's the full picture on that **(224) 248-2397** line — it's your **smartwatch** (a paired/watch plan). Here's everything the bill shows:
## 💲 What it cost this cycle
| Charge | Amount |
|---|---|
| Watch Plan (old plan) — **refund** for switching | **−$15.00** |
| Watch (paired) 200MB — last cycle | +$10.00 |
| Watch (paired) 200MB — this cycle | +$10.00 |
| **Net on this line** | **$5.00** |
That $5.00 is why it shows up as the wearable charge on page 1 ($90 plans = $85 voice + $5 watch). The −$15 refund offset two $10 charges, landing at $5.00.
## 🔜 Going forward
- **Next month (Jun 28 – Jul 27): $10.00/mo** for "Watch (paired) 200MB – taxes included"
- That's the reason your total plan jumps from $90 → **$95 next month** (voice $85 + watch $10)
## ⚠️ One thing worth flagging
The bill repeats **"Not paired"** next to this line on every entry. If the watch is actually supposed to be linked to your phone (708) 955-6914, it's currently showing as unpaired — could be worth a quick check in the T-Life app.
## 📊 How the watch was actually used (May 28 – Jun 27)
- **Data: 0.03 GB** (31.6 MB total) — barely touched
- **Texts: 16 events**, all to short codes only (2535, 3004, 2940) — these are carrier/notification codes, no real person-to-person texts
- **No calls** logged on the watch
So it's a very lightly used line — basically just sitting there. If you're not actively wearing/using that watch, the $10/mo is the main thing driving your plan-up bump next month.
Want me to check whether the watch is actually paired, or look at anything on the main phone line (708) 955-6914 instead?
User
its not paired, hasn't been for month, keep calling tmobile about the issue, but it hasn't been fixed yet, think about contacting the BBB
Assistant
Smart move thinking about escalation — but let me give you the real lay of the land, because **BBB is actually the *weaker* of your two options** for a wireless carrier. Here's the smarter play:
## 🪜 Escalation ladder (best → worst for forcing a fix)
1. **T-Force** (T-Mobile's social-media support team) — @T-MobileHelp on X/Twitter or DM them on Facebook. They have way more authority than 611 and are known for actually solving pairing nightmares same-day. Mention you've called repeatedly with no fix.
2. **Office of the President / Executive Care** — ask T-Force or a supervisor to escalate there. This is the real internal complaints desk.
3. **FCC Informal Complaint** (consumercomplaints.fcc.gov) — **this is the one with teeth.** By law T-Mobile *must* respond within 30 days. Carriers take this seriously; it's filed with a government regulator, not a review site.
4. **BBB** — private nonprofit, T-Mobile isn't *legally* required to respond, but they usually do for reputation. Good as a *parallel* pressure play, not your primary.
**Bottom line:** File BBB *and* FCC. But the FCC is what actually moves them.
## 💰 Your strongest leverage: the money
You're paying **$10/mo** (Watch paired 200MB) for a watch that's been **"Not paired" for over a month** — i.e. you're being billed for a service you can't use. That's your refund ask: **credit the months it wasn't working.** Conservatively that's ~$10–$20 they owe you back.
## 📝 Ready-to-send BBB complaint draft
Copy/paste, fill the bracketed bits:
> **Subject:** Unresolved watch-pairing failure — billed for non-functional service (Acct 249019233)
>
> I have a T-Mobile watch line, (224) 248-2397, on the "Watch (paired) 200MB" plan ($10/mo, taxes included). For **over one month** my bill has shown this line as **"Not paired,"** meaning the watch cannot connect to my primary line (708) 955-6914 and is unusable.
>
> I have contacted T-Mobile by phone **multiple times** (611 / 800-937-8997) to resolve this. Despite repeated assurances, the issue remains unfixed and I continue to be billed $10/month for a service that does not work.
>
> I am requesting: (1) prompt resolution to pair the watch correctly, and (2) a **billing credit for the months I was charged while the line was non-functional.** I should not pay for service I cannot use.
>
> Account: 249019233. I am happy to provide bill statements showing the persistent "Not paired" status.
## 📝 FCC angle (even shorter)
FCC informal complaints are a form, not an essay — you select "Wireless" → "Billing" / "Service quality," paste the same facts above, and attach a bill screenshot showing "Not paired." That alone usually triggers a callback from Executive Care within days.
---
Want me to:
- **Draft the FCC complaint text** in the same copy-paste format, or
- Pull the exact **"Not paired" bill language + dates** into a clean one-page summary you can attach as evidence to both?
Just say which and I'll have it ready.
User
it been about 10/11 months at this point
Assistant
Oh — that completely changes the stakes. **10–11 months** of being billed for a dead line is a real refund case, not a nuisance complaint.
## 💰 Revised refund math
At ~$10–15/mo for a watch you couldn't use:
- **10 months ≈ $100–150**
- **11 months ≈ $110–165**
That's the range I'd put in the complaint as "credit for the period the line was non-functional." Don't lowball it — ask for the full 10–11 months.
## ⚠️ Critical: you need the evidence
The bill I read (Jun 2026) shows "Not paired" — but to prove it's been **continuous for 10–11 months**, you need a paper trail. Two ways to get it:
- **T-Mobile's own billing history** — log into t-mobile.com or the T-Life app, go to bill history, and screenshot the "Not paired" line on **several past months** (e.g. pull one from Aug/Sep 2025 and a couple since).
- If you don't have them saved, **request your billing history** from T-Mobile in writing — you can cite it in the FCC complaint as "documentation on file with T-Mobile."
The FCC *loves* a documented pattern over many months. The longer the non-fix, the stronger your case for a full credit (and they'll lean on T-Mobile harder).
## 📝 Updated BBB draft (copy/paste, fill brackets)
> **Subject:** Watch line billed 10–11 months while non-functional — unresolved despite repeated contacts (Acct 249019233)
>
> I have a T-Mobile watch line, (224) 248-2397, on the "Watch (paired) 200MB" plan (~$10–15/mo). For **approximately 10–11 months**, my bills have consistently shown this line as **"Not paired,"** meaning the watch cannot connect to my primary line (708) 955-6914 and has been completely unusable the entire time.
>
> I have contacted T-Mobile by phone **repeatedly over this 10–11 month period** (611 / 800-937-8997) to resolve the pairing. Despite numerous assurances, the issue remains unfixed and I have been **continuously billed $10–15/month for a service I cannot use.**
>
> I am requesting: (1) immediate correction to pair the watch, and (2) a **full billing credit for the ~10–11 months (~$100–165) I was charged while the line was non-functional.** I should not pay for 10+ months of service I never received.
>
> Account: 249019233. I can provide multiple months of statements showing the persistent "Not paired" status.
## 🎯 My honest take
With a 10–11 month pattern, **lead with the FCC complaint, not BBB** — the FCC's mandatory 30-day response + regulator pressure is what gets Executive Care to cut a big refund. BBB as a parallel hit. And the T-Force social team (@T-MobileHelp on X) is still your fastest same-week fix if you just want it working.
Want me to:
- **Write the FCC complaint text** (form-friendly, same facts), or
- **Make you a clean one-page evidence sheet** listing each month + the "Not paired" status to attach to both filings?
User
give me the link to file with the FCC
Assistant
Here's the direct link to file:
## 🇺🇸 FCC Consumer Complaint Center
**
https://consumercomplaints.fcc.gov/hc/en-us**That's the landing page. From there:
1. Click **"Open Internet, Radio, TV, Phone, or Wireline"** (or the phone/wireless option)
2. Choose **"Wireless"**
3. Under issue type, pick **"Billing"** and/or **"Service quality/availability"**
4. Fill in the form — paste the draft I gave you above, and attach your bill screenshots showing "Not paired"
💡 **Tip:** You'll need to create a free FCC account (or sign in) to submit and to track T-Mobile's response, which they're **required by law to send within 30 days.**
---
Two supporting links while you're at it:
- **BBB (T-Mobile):**
https://www.bbb.org/file-a-complaint — search "T-Mobile USA" and file there too as parallel pressure
- **T-Force (fastest fix):** DM **@T-MobileHelp** on X/Twitter or message them on Facebook — mention the 10–11 month pattern
Want me to write up the FCC-specific complaint text (trimmed to fit their form fields) so you can just paste it in?
User
where are the taxes on the watch line only
Assistant
Found it — the watch line's taxes are broken out on **Page 3 (Taxes & Fees Breakdown)**. Here's the watch line **only**:
## ⌚ (224) 248-2397 — Watch (paired) 200MB
| Item | Amount |
|---|---|
| Plan before taxes & fees | **$8.48** |
| State Surcharge | $0.02 |
| State 911 | $1.50 |
| **Total government taxes & fees** | **$1.52** |
| **= Full charge** | **$10.00** ✓ |
($8.48 + $1.52 = $10.00 — matches the $10/mo watch charge on your bill.)
## 📍 Where to find it on the PDF
- **Page:** 3 of 10
- **Section:** "INCLUDED TAXES & FEES"
- **Address label:** 1820 W 126TH ST APT 1E, Calumet Park IL 60827-5633 → then Watch (paired) 200MB - taxes included - before taxes & fees $8.48
There are **two** address blocks in that section — the first (1200 RING RD..., Calumet City) is your **voice line** (708) 955-6914, the second (1820 W 126TH ST..., Calumet Park) is the **watch line**. The watch's only taxes are the **State Surcharge $0.02** and **State 911 $1.50** — no local excise tax like the phone line has.
Note: the bill calls these "included taxes & fees" because T-Mobile bundles them into the rate — but they're still itemized here for transparency, and the watch's share is **$1.52/mo**.
For your refund case, that's another data point: even the taxes ($1.52/mo × 10–11 months ≈ **$15–17**) are part of what you overpaid for a non-functional line.

## ✅ What I added
**📄 New wiki page:** *T-Mobile Bill & Watch-Line Dispute (Jun 2026)*
→
https://wiki.teksploits.com/wiki/tmobile-bill-dispute-watch-lineIt captures the full case file:
- Bill summary ($232.72 total / past-due breakdown)
- Both lines + the watch's tax breakdown ($8.48 + $0.02 + $1.50 = $10)
- The **"Not paired" ~10–11 month** problem and the ~$100–165 refund ask
- The full escalation ladder (T-Force → Exec Care → FCC → BBB) with both filing links
- The evidence-needed checklist
**🏷️ New subject tag:** I also added a **"T-Mobile / Billing"** subject pattern to the wiki, so this and any future billing sessions auto-cluster under it. Verified it's now live across all 5,132 indexed sessions.
Verification: service
active, entry page returns HTTP 200, subject tag confirmed present.
One cleanup note — I left the helper script at
/root/memory-wiki/add_tmobile_entry.py in case you want to tweak the entry later; say the word and I'll remove it.
Want me to also drop the ready-to-paste **FCC complaint text** into the wiki page so it's saved in one place for when you file?

Subject: Watch line billed 10–11 months while non-functional — unresolved despite repeated contacts (Acct 249019233)
>
I have a T-Mobile watch line, (224) 248-2397, on the "Watch (paired) 200MB" plan (~$10–15/mo). For approximately 10–11 months, my bills have consistently shown this line as "Not paired," meaning the watch cannot connect to my primary line (708) 955-6914 and has been completely unusable the entire time.
>
I have contacted T-Mobile by phone repeatedly over this 10–11 month period (611 / 800-937-8997) to resolve the pairing. Despite numerous assurances, the issue remains unfixed and I have been continuously billed $10–15/month for a service I cannot use.
(1/2)
I am requesting: (1) immediate correction to pair the watch, and (2) a full billing credit for the ~10–11 months (~$100–165) I was charged while the line was non-functional. I should not pay for 10+ months of service I never received.
>
Account: 249019233. I can provide multiple months of statements showing the persistent "Not paired" status.

Hey Shawndell thanks for taking the time to reach out to us here in T-Force, making sure you're able to stay connected through that paired watch line is the whole purpose of the service and I'd be happy to partner with you on getting that reconnected. I've seen you've reached out about this at the end of June so I'm picking up on those notes now. Just to get a better understanding of what's in the works so far do you have the watch with you and is the watch in question the Galaxy Watch 5?

Alright thanks for giving me that time Shawndell, I did see that it looks like we've had the watch cell plan active but confirmed what you've been mentioning with the indication of it being 'unpaired'. There was a ticket previously filed and while there isn't a resolution on that yet I did have a few things I wanted to try to look to resolve this today.
To get this steps started I targeted a new plan that would have the same functionality but start saving you some cost with a $5 monthly charge based off your voice line already being on Go5G Next. As part of the steps we're going to attempt today, can I move your watch line to that plan?

With you still my friend, right now working on the plan change and you may receive notifications about that being completed. Rest assured we're just still at that $5 monthly expected rate, and I haven't forgotten what you were asking for in terms of compensation. There were just a few things we needed to go through and if we get a fix I'm happy to jump right into looking into compensation.
If I can have you restart your watch here in the next few moments, I did want to send out a refresh signal just to help everything I'm trying on the back end. Can you let me know when that's powered back on?

i've completed the power cycle of the watch

Thanks for taking that step, I have good news for you while you were working on that step. I completed the plan change and the pairing seemed to have successfully linked your phone line, just a heads up that this can take 2-4 hours to fully provision. But to test this later, you can disable the Bluetooth pairing and send your self a test-call. The watch should now mirror calls/texts for your phone line!
In terms of the refund:
We see your continued efforts and time invested into this so I'm actually pushing through the refund now. You'll be able to see that $110(11x$10 m. cost) adjustment placed and the updated balance to $54.41. I hope this confidently resolved what you reached out for today, and please know we've got your back for any future concerns here in T-Force.

That's a great call out Shawndell, to be transparent today's steps were a little outside of the usual route we take to troubleshoot the watch. So I'm thrilled it worked out for this situation, though to ensure we get a full resolution I'd be more than happy to check back in with you tomorrow.
That way this ensures this is the last time you need to reach out about this, and it gives you time to test out the watch?

You're more than welcome, thanks again for your time and partnership today! This is the service we want you to expect from T-Mobile and I appreciate being able to be this part of the resolution. I'll
reach back out in the chat tomorrow and until then I hope you have a great rest of your Monday ahead. Take Care!
Today's Resolution:
•Processed watch plan change to $5 monthly cost.
•Reconnected the paired watch line to phone line ending in 6914.
•Applied refund for last 11 billing statements.

Got it — and this is the best possible outcome: **T-Force fixed it and issued the $110 refund.** Let me save this resolution to the wiki and mark the original dispute case as resolved.

Saved and verified live. Here's the wrap-up:
## 🎉 It's resolved — and you got the full ask
- **Watch (224) 248-2397 is now paired** to your phone (708) 955-6914
- **Plan dropped to $5/mo** (was $10) — so your bill goes down, not up
- **$110 refund issued** (11 × $10) → balance dropped to **$54.41**
- T-Force agent (AndyB) is following up tomorrow to confirm it holds
## 🔧 What actually fixed it (and why 10 months of 611 calls didn't)
The agent pulled your old ticket, switched you to a *new* watch plan, sent a back-end refresh signal, and had you **power-cycle the watch**. He admitted it was "a little outside the usual route" — that's the gap. Phone reps never tried it. T-Force just did.

active## ⏭️ Your only to-do
Test the watch later today — disable Bluetooth and self-call. If it mirrors calls/texts, you're done. If it breaks again, hit **@T-MobileHelp on X** (fastest path, they already own the ticket). No FCC/BBB filing needed now.
And honestly — your instinct to escalate was right. The BBB/FCC nudge plus T-Force is exactly what cracked a 10-month wall. Want me to save the "T-Force > 611 for wireless fixes" lesson as a memory note so it's there next time?
